About Us
Women in Networking (WIN) is an online networking community providing education and opportunity for women in business to develop and apply networking best practices.
Every WIN experience follows three pillars:

WIN was founded in 2002 and is adapting to the times. We have changed from our original in-person event model to virtual education and events to create borderless networking. WIN is a networking resource that teaches, supports, and provides real time networking experience to effectively connect and conduct business.
We invite women in business to join us in WIN's LinkedIn Group which is now our primary communication medium and which is leading to a steady increase of engagement from women globally. It easy and enjoyable to participate. There are no membership dues or expectations, simply join the conversation prompts in the group and register for the online networking events that work for you.
